Combining yoga & Kiting becomes even more important when you are not as young as the rest of the kite surfers who are out there in the water. Once you find the balance between Kiting and your deeper self, you will enjoy kiting even better. Practicing yoga after your daily kite session can boost your relaxation. And your body’s regeneration phase can be positively influenced. At the same time yoga exercises reduce the risk of injury during kiting. Enjoy complementary morning yoga sessions with a yogi during the kite season months. Most of these yogis are individuals discovering the world and we dont have them through out the year in Kalpitiya. Do check with us, if there is a yogi during your stay.
